Woodview Capital is a private holding company and single-family office. We invest our own capital for the long term and build operating companies on the expertise we know best, starting with medicine.
We are not in a hurry. Without outside investors or a fund clock, we can hold good assets for as long as they stay good.
We measure outcomes in decades, not quarters. Compounding and patience do most of the work; our job is to avoid permanent losses along the way.
We favour sectors where we have real knowledge, healthcare and medicine above all, and we are comfortable saying no to everything else.
Woodview invests only family capital. We do not manage money for others or solicit investment, which keeps our interests simple and aligned.
A long-term portfolio of public securities and selective private holdings, managed with independent custodians and advisors.
We incubate and own companies built on the family's professional expertise, beginning with Woodview Clinical, our medicine-only advisory.
Governance, tax and estate coordination with outside professionals, education planning for the next generation, and considered philanthropy.
An independent advisory led by practising specialists, helping life-sciences teams, health systems and educators make better decisions in hematology and oncology.
For introductions, co-investment conversations with aligned families, or questions about our companies, please write to the office.
Woodview Clinical is an independent advisory led by practising specialists. We help life-sciences teams, health systems and educators understand the evidence, the patients and the realities of everyday practice.

Clinician-led debriefs from ASH, EHA, ASCO, IMS and ISTH: what changed, what matters for Canadian practice, and what to watch.
Protocol feasibility from a site investigator's view, real-world evidence questions and investigator-initiated study design.
Programs built by clinicians who teach, for physicians, care teams and the people who support them.
Needs-assessed continuing education for community hematologists and oncologists, developed to accreditation standards.
Practical post-congress updates that translate new trials into decisions a clinician can make on Monday morning.

A short call to define the question, the audience and the decision it should inform.
